How is shipping calculated?

Aramex calculates shipping at checkout from your address and the weight and size of each item. You see the exact amount before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

The seller confirms within 2 business days and hands the parcel to Aramex within 3 business days (5 for original artworks). Then: UAE 1–3 business days, GCC 3–7, international 5–14 plus customs.

How do I track my order?

Open My orders. When the parcel is booked you get an Aramex waybill number by e-mail and on the order page.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge until the seller hands the item to the courier. Contact us with your order number.

The item arrived damaged or is not as described

Report transport damage within 48 hours of delivery (keep the packaging and take photos), or a wrong or not-as-described item within 14 days, from your order page.

How are refunds paid?

Back to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. Your bank or PayPal may take 5–10 more business days.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cards through Stripe (charged in AED) and PayPal (charged in US dollars at the fixed rate, because PayPal does not support AED).

How do I sell on Artsadeem?

Use "Sell on Artsadeem" at the bottom of any page, or "Apply to sell" in your account. After approval you can list artworks, art tools, books, courses and events. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live.
