Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy is issued by Artsadeem Trading (Dubai Professional Licence No. 1615127) and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. OUR CARRIER

Orders are shipped with Aramex, a logistics company licensed in the UAE. Every Item is collected from its Seller and delivered to the address you give at checkout.

2. WHERE WE DELIVER

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates, to the other GCC countries and to most international destinations served by Aramex. A destination may be unavailable at checkout if the carrier does not serve it or if shipping there is restricted by law or sanctions.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

3.1 Shipping is calculated by Aramex at checkout from your delivery address and the packed weight and box size of each Item. The cost is shown before you pay and is included in your order total.

3.2 Items from different Sellers ship separately, from each Seller's location, so each Seller's parcel has its own shipping charge.

3.3 Some original artworks are listed with "free shipping" or "shipping included"; in that case the Seller pays the carrier.

4. PROCESSING TIME

After your payment is confirmed, the Seller confirms your Order within 2 business days and prepares it for courier pickup within 3 business days (up to 5 business days for original artworks that need professional packing). Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.

5. DELIVERY TIMES (AFTER PICKUP)

- Within the UAE: usually 1 to 3 business days.

- GCC countries: usually 3 to 7 business days.

- Other international destinations: usually 5 to 14 business days, plus any customs clearance time.

These times are estimates given by the carrier and are not guaranteed. If your Order is seriously delayed, section 7 of our Refund and Returns Policy applies.

6. TRACKING

When your parcel is booked you receive an Aramex waybill (AWB) number. You can follow it from your order page or on aramex.com. Each Seller's parcel has its own tracking number.

7. ADDRESS, PHONE AND DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

7.1 Please give a complete address and a mobile number the courier can call. A postal code is required for destinations outside the Middle East and North Africa.

7.2 Aramex will try to contact you to arrange delivery. If delivery fails because the address is wrong or you cannot be reached, the parcel may be returned to the Seller; re-delivery or return shipping costs caused by incorrect details may be deducted from your refund.

8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

8.1 International shipments are sent "Delivered At Place": import customs duties, import VAT or sales taxes and clearance fees charged by the destination country are not included in our prices or shipping cost and are payable by the recipient, usually to the courier before delivery.

8.2 You are the importer of the Item. Please check your country's rules before ordering; some countries restrict or tax artworks, wood, animal-derived or natural materials.

8.3 We provide the carrier with a commercial invoice showing the Item description and the price you paid. We cannot mark Items as gifts or declare a lower value.

8.4 If you refuse to pay import charges or the parcel is refused or abandoned at customs, it may be returned or destroyed by the authorities. In that case we refund the Item price minus the outbound and return shipping costs, where the parcel is returned to us.

8.5 Where the listing states that an original artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity, the Seller includes it in the parcel; it also helps customs clearance.

9. LOSS AND DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

The risk of loss or damage stays with Artsadeem and the Seller until the parcel is delivered to you. Please check your parcel on delivery and report visible damage within 48 hours, with photos, as explained in our Refund and Returns Policy. We handle all claims with the carrier.

10. COURSES, TICKETS AND DIGITAL ITEMS

Courses and tickets are delivered digitally to your account immediately after payment; no shipping cost applies.
